Selection Process

- Phase-I – Preliminary Examination: An online objective test assessing English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. This is a qualifying round for shortlisting candidates to the Mains stage.
- Phase-II – Main Examination: A more comprehensive online test covering Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, and English Language, along with a descriptive paper (Letter & Essay writing).
- Phase-III – Psychometric Test, Group Exercise & Interview: Shortlisted Mains candidates undergo a psychometric assessment, a group exercise evaluating interpersonal and leadership skills, and a personal interview. Final merit is determined on the basis of Main Examination and Phase-III scores combined.
