Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • A Graduate or Post Graduate degree from a university recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) is mandatory.
  • Preference will be given to retired Bank Officers of Scale II and above who possess hands-on experience in rural credit and branch operations.
  • In the absence of eligible retired bank officers, Ex-Servicemen may also be considered for the position.

Age Limit

  • Candidates must not exceed 64 years of age at the time of application.

  • No application fee is applicable for any category of candidates.

Salary / Remuneration

The selected candidate will receive a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs. 26,000 on a contractual basis.

Selection Process

The selection for the Financial Literacy Counsellor post will be conducted through a personal interview. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and submit a complete application form will be assessed based on their relevant experience and communication skills during the interview round.
