Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold an Engineering Graduate degree with specialisation in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline. Alternatively, candidates possessing an MCA (Master of Computer Applications) or an equivalent postgraduate qualification in a relevant technology domain are also eligible to apply.
Age Limit
Candidates must be a minimum of 40 years and must not exceed 57 years of age as on the prescribed reference date. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms: SC/ST candidates receive a relaxation of 5 years; OBC candidates receive 3 years; Persons with Disabilities (PWD) are eligible for relaxations of 10 years (Gen/EWS), 13 years (OBC), and 15 years (SC/ST); Ex-servicemen receive relaxations of 5 years (Gen/EWS), 8 years (OBC), and 10 years (SC/ST).
Selection Process
The selection of the Chief Technology Officer will be conducted through a structured multi-stage process designed to assess both technical competence and leadership capability:
