Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 12 (Higher Secondary) from a recognised board.
  • SHG Membership: Applicants must be active members of a Panchayat Level Federation Self Help Group.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working as a Self Help Group Animator is mandatory.
  • Residency: Candidates must be permanent residents of the concerned Panchayat where the vacancy exists.
  • Community Identification: Must have been identified as a target beneficiary through Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) processes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication ability to interact with SHG members, bank officials, and community stakeholders.
  • Banking Knowledge: Prior experience in facilitating bank transactions, loan documentation, and credit linkage activities is required.
  • Tech Proficiency (Preferred): Basic computer literacy and possession of a valid two-wheeler driving licence are desirable.
  • Mobile Competency: Must own an Android smartphone and be capable of sending SMS/WhatsApp messages and operating mobile-based applications.
  • Age Limit: Maximum age is 35 years as on the application date.

Salary / Stipend

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 2,500. This is a contractual engagement and does not carry regular government service benefits.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be carried out through a two-stage process:

  1. Written Test: A written examination assessing relevant knowledge and aptitude.
  2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the written test will appear before a selection panel for a personal interview.
