Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 12 (Higher Secondary) from a recognised board.
- SHG Membership: Applicants must be active members of a Panchayat Level Federation Self Help Group.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Self Help Group Animator is mandatory.
- Residency: Candidates must be permanent residents of the concerned Panchayat for which they are applying.
- Community Identification: Must be identified as a target group member through Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA).
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential for community outreach work.
- Banking Knowledge: Prior experience in handling bank-related transactions, loan documentation, and financial facilitation is required.
- Technology Proficiency: Possession of an Android smartphone with the ability to use messaging apps (SMS/WhatsApp) and mobile applications is required. Computer skills and a valid two-wheeler driving licence will be considered an added advantage.
- Age Limit: The upper age limit for applicants is 35 years.
Salary / Stipend
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 2,500. This is a contractual engagement and does not carry permanent service benefits.

Selection Process
Eligible candidates will be assessed through the following two-stage process:
- Written Test: A written examination will be conducted to evaluate candidates' knowledge and aptitude relevant to the role.
- Interview: Candidates who qualify the written test will be called for a personal interview to assess communication skills, banking familiarity, and community engagement experience.
