Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree with specialisation in any of the following disciplines:
- Marketing Management
- Cooperative Management
- Agri Business Management
- Rural Development Management
In addition, proficiency in Computer Applications is mandatory as an essential qualification.
Age Limit

Selection Process
TNSC Bank will shortlist candidates for this internship through a merit-based weighted scoring system that considers academic performance across multiple levels of education. The weightage breakdown is as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns will be assigned meaningful responsibilities within the cooperative banking framework, which include:
- Liaising with Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) and other primary cooperative entities.
- Supporting the implementation of programmes and initiatives under the Ministry of Cooperation.
- Assisting in resolving operational challenges related to computerisation, financial planning, and administrative approvals.
- Preparing and submitting weekly progress and status reports to the reporting authority.
