Interns will be placed at Central Cooperative Banks across the above-mentioned districts of Tamil Nadu. Note that this engagement does not confer any right to regular employment with the bank.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Marketing Management
- Cooperative Management
- Agri Business Management
- Rural Development Management
In addition, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Computer Applications as an essential requirement.
Age Limit
Applicants must be between 21 and 30 years of age as on the date of the official notification. Age relaxation details, if any, should be verified from the official notification PDF.
Selection Process
The selection of Cooperative Interns will be based on a merit-based weightage system applied to academic qualifications, followed by a personal interview for shortlisted candidates. The weightage structure is as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities
Selected Cooperative Interns will be assigned a range of field and administrative duties within the cooperative banking framework, including:
- Acting as a liaison between Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) and other primary cooperative societies
- Supporting the rollout and implementation of initiatives under the Ministry of Cooperation
- Assisting in resolving operational issues related to computerisation, business planning, credit approvals, and financing
- Compiling and submitting structured weekly progress reports to the concerned authorities
