Eligibility Criteria
Impact Assessment Analyst (IAA)
Education: Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, Data Science, or a related quantitative/analytical field. Certifications in impact evaluation, econometrics, or data analytics are desirable.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in impact measurement, analytics, consulting, development finance, or DFI-related roles.
Senior Program Designer (SPD)
Education: Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Development Studies, Management, or an allied discipline. Exposure to development finance or public systems design is an advantage.
Experience: At least 10 years in program design, strategy, consulting, or development sector/DFI roles.
Consent Manager (CM)
Education: Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Law, Data Governance, or Business Administration. A postgraduate qualification in Law, Data Privacy, IT, or Management is desirable. Recognised privacy certifications such as CIPP/A, CIPP/E, CIPM, DCPP, or DCPLA are preferred.
Experience: 10 years overall in managing IT applications or information risks, including at least 4 years in data privacy, IT audit, risk/compliance, or data governance roles within banks, NBFCs, DFIs, fintechs, or regulated environments, and a minimum of 2 years in information security risk management.
Data Auditor (DA)
Education: Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Law, or Risk Management. A postgraduate qualification in Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Law (LLB/LLM), or Data Governance is desirable. Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/A, CIPM, DCPP/DCPLA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or CISA are an added advantage.
Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in data privacy, IT audit, risk/compliance, or data governance roles, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in IT Auditing, preferably in banks, NBFCs, DFIs, or regulated entities.
Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO)
Education: Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related quantitative/technical field, along with a postgraduate qualification such as M.Tech, M.Stat, M.Sc (Data Science/Analytics), or equivalent. Certifications in data management, analytics, AI/ML, or information governance are desirable.
Experience: 18 or more years in financial services, consulting, or technology sectors, with at least 8 years in senior leadership positions driving data strategy, analytics transformation, or digital initiatives.
Selection Process
