Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- A graduation degree from a recognised university is mandatory.
- Candidates must hold Associate Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ACA).
- A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification work experience in a reputable organisation, with preference given to those with a background in financial institutions, is required.
- Practical exposure to Treasury Operations, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Process Audit, and Risk Management will be considered an added advantage.
Age Limit
- The upper age limit is 40 years, reckoned as on 31 May 2026.
- Age relaxation is available as follows: SC/ST and Repatriate candidates — 5 years; OBC candidates — 3 years; Ex-servicemen — 5 years; and candidates currently employed in commercial/cooperative banks or financial institutions — up to 5 years (equivalent to their service tenure).
- Cumulative age relaxation under multiple categories is not permitted.

- SC / ST: Rs. 1,200 (inclusive of GST, non-refundable)
Salary & Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be placed on a pay scale of Rs. 64,820 – 2,340/1 – 67,160 – 2,680/10 – 93,960 per month, offering a competitive compensation package commensurate with the managerial level of the role.
Selection Process
The selection methodology for this recruitment consists of two stages:
- Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on the eligibility criteria, qualifications, and relevant experience. Only candidates meeting the prescribed standards will be called for the next stage.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted applicants will be invited for a personal interview conducted by Repco Bank. Final selection will be based on overall performance in the interview.
