Eligibility Criteria

All eligibility conditions must be met as of the application closing date. Qualifications must be obtained from a recognised university or institution. Proficiency in computers and English communication is mandatory for all posts.

  • General Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate with MBA/CAIIB/ICWA. Minimum 10 years of experience as Deputy or Assistant General Manager in a co-operative or nationalised bank, with exposure to multiple banking departments.
  • Deputy General Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate with MBA/CAIIB. At least 7 years' experience as Assistant General Manager in a co-operative or nationalised bank, including cross-departmental exposure.
  • Deputy General Manager (Chief Law Officer): LLB/LLM from a recognised institution. Must have approximately 15 years of active court practice, including experience before co-operative courts, DRT, District and High Courts, Consumer Forums, and Arbitration proceedings. Strong drafting skills required.
  • Assistant General Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate with MBA/CAIIB. Minimum 7 years at a senior level in the Head Office of a co-operative or nationalised bank, with broad departmental experience.
  • Assistant General Manager (Investment): Graduate/Post Graduate with MBA/CAIIB. Minimum 7 years in a senior Head Office role, with sound knowledge of treasury operations, SLR/Non-SLR investment management, RBI guidelines, ALM, and risk management.
  • Branch Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate with MBA/CAIIB. At least 7 years' experience as Branch Manager or Senior Officer in a co-operative or nationalised bank.
  • Branch Manager (Board Secretary): Graduate/Post Graduate with hands-on experience in preparing board and committee meeting agendas, drafting minutes and resolutions, and follow-up of board decisions.

Selection Process

The selection methodology for all posts involves two key stages:

  1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be evaluated based on their academic qualifications and relevant professional experience. Those with higher qualifications than the minimum prescribed will be given preference during shortlisting.
  2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. The Board of Directors retains the authority to relax eligibility norms for deserving candidates and to modify selection conditions as deemed appropriate.
