Overview
NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS), a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), has invited online applications for 7 project-based contractual positions in Kerala. These roles are being deployed under the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushal Yojana (DDU-GKY) — a placement-linked skill development initiative of the Ministry of Rural Development — with NABCONS functioning as the State Technical Support Agency (STSA) on behalf of Kudumbashree, the Kerala State Poverty Eradication Mission.

The District Manager role requires regular travel to Kollam and Pathanamthitta districts for field-level programme implementation and monitoring activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for any of the four posts must hold a postgraduate degree — specifically an MBA, MSW, or any Master's Degree from a recognised university. This requirement is uniform across all advertised positions.
Experience Requirements
- District Manager: At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in large-scale Education, Livelihoods, Skill Development, or Capacity Building programmes. Demonstrated skills in monitoring & evaluation and community mobilisation will be an added advantage.
- Manager – Call Centre & Career Counselling Unit: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar domains, with an emphasis on data management and reporting in addition to skilling or development programme exposure.
- Career Counsellor: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in development projects or educational institutions. Prior work in large-scale skilling programmes, M&E, or community outreach will be favourably considered.
- Support Executive (Placement): At least 3 years of work experience, ideally within a project environment; prior exposure to skilling or placement-linked projects will be preferred.
Other Requirements
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications is mandatory for all posts.
- Working knowledge of local languages (Malayalam) and English is essential.
- Candidates applying for the Manager – Call Centre & Career Counselling Unit role must additionally demonstrate competency in data management and report generation.
