Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • SPMU Skill Operation: MBA / PGDM / PGDRDM or a postgraduate degree in any relevant discipline from a recognised university or institution.
  • Programme Expert – Placement and Post Placement Tracking: MBA, PGDM, MSW, or a postgraduate qualification in Rural Development or Management (minimum 2-year full-time programme) from a reputed institute.
  • Programme Expert – Training Centre Monitoring and Quality Assurance: Same as above — MBA, PGDM, MSW, or PG in Rural Development/Management (2-year full-time) from a recognised institution.
  • Associate Project Consultant Finance: MBA with Finance specialisation, or CA / ICWA / CS (Inter level) qualification.

Age Limit

Applicants must not exceed 45 years of age as on the application date. The notification does not specify additional relaxation for reserved categories beyond the stated maximum age.

Application Fee

There is no application fee for any category of applicants, including General, OBC, SC, and ST candidates.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. The selection will be based solely on performance in the interview round. There is no written examination for these contractual positions. Candidates are advised to be thoroughly prepared with their domain knowledge and relevant work experience before appearing for the interview.
