Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- SPMU Skill Operation: Candidates must hold an MBA, PGDM, PGDRDM, or a postgraduate degree in any relevant discipline from a recognised university or institution.
- Programme Expert – Placement and Post Placement Tracking: An MBA, PGDM, MSW, or a two-year full-time postgraduate qualification in Rural Development, Management, or an equivalent programme from a reputed institution is required.
- Programme Expert – Training Centre Monitoring and Quality Assurance: Same as above — MBA, PGDM, MSW, or equivalent two-year full-time PG qualification in Rural Development or Management.
- Associate Project Consultant Finance: Applicants must possess an MBA in Finance, or hold a CA, ICWA, or CS Inter qualification.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for all posts is 45 years. Candidates must not have exceeded this age as of the application deadline. Age relaxation details, if any, are to be verified in the official notification PDF.

Selection Process
