Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Specialist – Finance Strategy: Full-time two-year MBA (Finance) / MMS (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) with a minimum of 55% marks from a GoI/UGC-recognised institution, OR membership of ICAI (CA) or the CFA Institute along with a bachelor's degree in any discipline. At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in banking, NBFCs, insurance, or investment sectors is required.
- Specialist – IT Strategy: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology with at least 60% marks, OR a postgraduate qualification such as M.Tech, M.E., MCA, or IT-focused MBA. Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT industry — including 4+ years in a senior/managerial capacity — with a strong background in BFSI. Proficiency in project management (Agile/Scrum/DevOps), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), data analytics (SQL, Python/R), cybersecurity, and AI/ML is desirable.
- Specialist – HR Strategy: Full-time MBA (HR/Industrial Relations) or MHRM with at least 55% marks from a recognised university. Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience, including dedicated work in HR strategy, organisational development, or HR consulting. Experience in large-scale HR transformation programmes, leadership assessment, and talent-mapping frameworks is essential.
- Specialist – Organization Strategy: Full-time MBA (Strategic Management) or PGDM (Public Policy) with at least 55% marks. At least 4 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or programme management within the financial sector. Exposure to organisational diagnostics, talent mapping, and HR transformation is also required.
- Senior Climate Finance Specialist: Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Age must not exceed 65 years. Prior experience in climate finance or related fields is expected as per the full notification.
- Additional Chief Risk Manager: Relevant postgraduate or professional qualification. Age range: 40–62 years. Experience in enterprise-wide risk management is required.
- Risk Manager – Market Risk: Relevant postgraduate or professional qualification with hands-on experience in market risk management frameworks.
