Eligibility Criteria

Specialist – Finance Strategy

Candidates must hold a full-time two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance), MBA (Finance), or MMS (Finance) with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks from a GoI/UGC-recognised institution. Alternatively, membership of ICAI (Chartered Accountant) or the CFA Institute, coupled with a bachelor's degree in any stream, is also acceptable. A minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in finance, particularly within banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, or investment firms, is required.

Specialist – Information Technology Strategy

Applicants should possess a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology with at least 60% marks, or a postgraduate qualification such as M.Tech, M.E., MCA, or an MBA with an IT/Systems specialisation. A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification IT industry experience is mandatory, including 4+ years in a senior or managerial role within the BFSI sector. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies, data analytics tools (SQL, Python/R), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, and AI/ML is expected. Candidates must also have at least 1 year of experience in developing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) or Functional Specification Documents (FSD).

Specialist – Human Resource Strategy

A full-time two-year Master's degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM) or an MBA in HR/Industrial Relations with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognised university is required. Candidates should have at least 4 years of post-qualification HR experience, with significant exposure to HR strategy, Organisational Development (OD), or HR consulting. Demonstrated experience in leading HR transformation initiatives in large multi-locational organisations, especially in banking or the public sector, is preferred. Experience designing leadership assessment frameworks and conducting organisational diagnostics is an added advantage.

Specialist – Organization Strategy

A full-time MBA in Strategic Management or a PG Diploma in Public Policy with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognised institution is required. Candidates must have at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or programme management within the financial services sector. Experience in HR transformation, OD, talent mapping frameworks, and quantitative/qualitative organisational diagnostics is also expected for this cross-functional role.

Senior Climate Finance Specialist

A postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institution is the minimum academic requirement. Candidates must be not above 65 years of age. Additional Chief Risk Manager

Salary & Remuneration
