Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Data Architect / Application Architect / Technology Architect: A B.E. or B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communications with at least 60% aggregate marks from a recognised institution; OR a Postgraduate degree (M.E./M.Tech/MS/MCA) in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning.
- Carbon Consultant: A Bachelor's degree (minimum 55% marks) in Climate Resilient Agriculture, Water Resource Management, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Engineering, Development Studies, or a closely related field.
- Climate Change Specialist – Mitigation: A Master's degree in Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering, Climate Science, Sustainable Development, Development Studies, or a related discipline from a recognised university.
- Specialist – Derivatives and Treasury Risk Management: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline from a recognised university.
Experience Requirements
- Data Architect: Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years specifically in data design and architecture.
- Application Architect: Minimum 10 years in IT, with at least 3 years focused on application or solution architecture.
- Technology Architect: Minimum 10 years in IT, with demonstrated experience in solution architecture for large or mid-sized organisations.
- Carbon Consultant: Approximately 4 years of relevant professional experience in the domain.
- Climate Change Specialist – Mitigation: At least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years on climate change, sustainability, or socio-environmental projects.
- Specialist – Derivatives and Treasury Risk Management: 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, market risk, asset-liability management (ALM), derivatives, or balance sheet risk management.

Salary / Remuneration
The selected candidates will be compensated on a contract basis with an annual CTC ranging from ₹24 lakh to ₹42 lakh per annum for certain roles, and up to ₹30 lakh to ₹45 lakh per annum for others, based on post and experience.
