Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a B.E. / B.Tech. or a relevant Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology, or a postgraduate qualification such as MCA, MCS, or M.Sc. in Computer Science / IT from a recognised university or institution. For select Officer Grade II and Junior Officer posts, candidates from any graduation stream may also be considered. The Assistant Manager (IT Compliance) post additionally accommodates holders of a PG or Diploma in IT Management, or MCA graduates with any undergraduate degree. The Assistant Manager (CSOC) role also considers candidates with a Diploma in IT paired with requisite work experience.
Experience & Mandatory Certifications
Each post carries a prescribed minimum work experience requirement, and the majority of roles mandate possession of specific professional certifications at the time of application. For instance, the Manager (C-SOC Manager) role demands a minimum of 10 years of IT/Cyber Security experience, of which at least 5 years must be in SOC operations or incident response leadership, along with a CEHV certification (CISA / CEH / DISA). Candidates with prior banking-sector experience are given preference for posts such as Network Administrator, Compliance, Allied Applications, and CSOC Shift Manager. Selection Process
