Eligibility Criteria
Zonal Security Officer
- Educational Qualification: A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institution.
- Experience: A minimum of three years of service at the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police or an equivalent position is mandatory.
- Age Limit: Candidates must not exceed 62 years of age.
Financial Literacy (FL) Counsellor
- Educational Qualification: Graduate degree with practical exposure to banking or closely related sectors. Solid understanding of banking operations, finance, legal frameworks, agriculture, and allied activities is required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team-building ability, and working proficiency in computers. Knowledge of the local language is essential.
- Preferred Profile: Candidates who have previously organised or participated in Financial Literacy Camps will be given preference. Priority will also be extended to honourably retired J&K Bank Officers of Senior Manager rank (Scale-III or above).
- Age Limit: Candidates must not exceed 65 years of age.

Application Fee

Selection Process
The selection methodology differs slightly for each role:
Zonal Security Officer
- Application Screening: Shortlisting based on educational qualifications, relevant experience, and overall suitability for the role.

Financial Literacy (FL) Counsellor

- Demonstration/Presentation: Candidates will be asked to conduct a short session to evaluate their teaching ability, public communication skills, and capacity to run effective financial literacy programmes.
