IDBI Bank Limited has officially announced Advertisement No. 03/2026-27 for the recruitment of 31 Specialist Officers across multiple functional verticals. Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates receive a relaxation of 5 years; OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates receive 3 years, as per Government of India norms.

Important: Only full-time, permanent employment experience is counted. Experience through staffing agencies, contractual arrangements, or outsourced payroll will not be considered. Stints of less than 6 months in any organisation will also not be reckoned.
Selection Process
While the official notification does not specify a detailed selection methodology, IDBI Bank typically adopts a multi-stage process for Specialist Officer recruitment that may include:
- Shortlisting of applications based on eligibility criteria and relevant experience.
- Online Written Test / Interview to assess domain knowledge and banking acumen.
- Personal Interview conducted by a panel of senior bank officials.
