Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (Post-wise):
- Counselor FLCC (Jabalpur): Must hold a graduation degree in any stream from a recognised university. Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Office, internet usage, and typing in the local language is mandatory.
- Faculty: Graduation in any stream (Science, Commerce, or Arts) or a postgraduate degree is required. Preference will be given to candidates holding MSW, MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology or Psychology, B.Sc. (Veterinary/Horticulture/Agriculture/Agri Marketing), or B.A. with B.Ed. Candidates must have strong communication skills in the local language and a genuine interest in teaching.
- Attender: Matriculation (10th Standard pass) is the minimum qualification. The ability to read and write in the local language will be an added advantage.
- Watchman cum Gardener: Must have passed at least 7th Standard. Prior experience in agriculture, gardening, or horticulture is preferred.
