Central Bank of India has released a recruitment notification for 4 contractual positions at its Financial Literacy Centres and Rural Self Employment Training Institutes. Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Candidates must be above 22 years of age and must not have completed 65 years as on the date of application.
- Counselor FLCC – Jabalpur: A graduate degree from a recognised university in any stream is required. Proficiency in MS Office applications, internet usage, and typing in the local language is mandatory.
- Faculty: Candidates must hold at least a graduation degree in any discipline (Science, Commerce, or Arts). Post-graduate qualifications are preferred, with special preference given to holders of MSW, MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology or Psychology, B.Sc. in Veterinary Science, Horticulture, or Agriculture, and B.A. with B.Ed. Sound computer knowledge and effective communication skills in the local language are essential.
- Attender: Candidates must have passed Matriculation (Class 10). The ability to read and write the local language will be an added advantage.
- Watchman cum Gardener: A minimum educational qualification of passing Class 7 is required. Prior experience in agriculture, horticulture, or gardening will be given preference.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates for all four posts will be conducted through a Personal Interview. Shortlisted applicants will be called for the interview based on their submitted application and supporting documents. No written examination is scheduled for this recruitment cycle.
