Central Bank of India (CBI), one of India's leading public sector banks, has released a recruitment notification for contractual positions at its Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) or affiliated centre. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Faculty: Graduate in any discipline (Science, Commerce, or Arts); Post Graduate qualifications also welcome. Preference will be given to candidates holding MSW, MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology or Psychology, B.Sc. in Veterinary Science, Horticulture, Agriculture, or Agri Marketing, or B.A. with B.Ed.
- Office Assistant: Graduate with a degree in B.S.W., B.A., or B.Com., along with working knowledge of computers.
- Attendant: Must have passed Matriculation (Class 10).
- Watchman/Gardener: Must have passed Class 7 (7th Standard).
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 22 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Age relaxation will be extended to reserved category candidates in accordance with applicable government guidelines.
Application Fee
No application fee is required from any category of candidates — General, OBC, SC, or ST applicants can all apply free of charge.
Selection Process
Eligible candidates will be shortlisted and called for a Personal Interview. The interview will assess the candidate's suitability for the respective role based on their qualifications, experience, and communication skills. No written examination is mentioned in the notification.
