Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university is mandatory. Candidates must also possess working knowledge of MS Office applications, internet usage, and typing proficiency in the local (Marathi) language.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication ability in the local language is essential for effective financial counselling.
  • Professional Background: Preference will be given to retired or VRS-opted officers of Scale I or above from nationalised banks, SBI, or Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). Alternatively, ex-servicemen or individuals from non-banking backgrounds with relevant banking knowledge and a valid IIBF certification are also eligible.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of service as an Officer or permanent employee, with an unblemished service record, is required.
  • Residency: Candidates must be domiciled in Jalgaon District, Maharashtra.
  • Age Limit: Applicants must be between 45 and 65 years of age at the time of application.

Salary & Compensation

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹25,000, along with an additional ₹1,000 per month towards conveyance and mobile expenses — bringing the total monthly payout to ₹26,000. This is a contractual engagement and does not carry regular service benefits.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview, which will serve as the sole stage of the selection process. Performance in the interview, along with verification of eligibility and documents, will determine the final appointment.
