Central Bank of India has announced the recruitment of 3 Counselors for its Financial Literacy Centres (FLC) located in Madhya Pradesh. Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Candidates must be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications, internet browsing, and the ability to type in the local language (Hindi).
  • Age Limit: Applicants must be between 45 and 65 years of age as on the prescribed date.
  • Employment Type: These are contract-based positions.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates for the Counselor FLC posts at Central Bank of India will be conducted through a Personal Interview. Shortlisted applicants will be evaluated on their subject knowledge, communication skills, and suitability for the role. No written examination is involved in this recruitment cycle.
