Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation along with working knowledge of computer applications. This requirement applies to both advertised positions.

Experience Requirements

  • Manager – Accounts Department: A minimum of 7 years of total work experience is required, of which at least 3 years must be in the Finance & Accounts function within a Housing Finance Company (HFC), NBFC, or a scheduled bank.
  • Manager – Credit Underwriting Department: A minimum of 7 years of total work experience is required, with at least 3 years specifically in credit underwriting, loan disbursement, or operations within an HFC, NBFC, or banking institution.

Age Limit

The upper age limit for all candidates is 40 years. Age relaxation is available as follows: 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates, in accordance with applicable norms.

Salary & Compensation

The total Cost-to-Company (CTC) will be determined individually for each selected candidate, taking into account their academic credentials, total experience, and current remuneration. Annual increments will be granted in accordance with CBHFL's internal compensation policy.

Selection Process

The selection methodology for CBHFL Manager Recruitment 2026 consists of a single stage: a Personal Interview conducted by a designated Interview Committee. Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated on their professional knowledge, domain expertise, and suitability for the respective departmental role.
