Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) recognised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), along with working knowledge of computer applications.
Experience Requirements
- Manager – Accounts Department: A minimum of 7 years of total professional experience is required, of which at least 3 years must be in Finance and Accounts functions within a Housing Finance Company (HFC), NBFC, or a scheduled commercial bank.
- Manager – Credit Underwriting Department: A minimum of 7 years of overall experience is required, including at least 3 years in credit underwriting, loan disbursement, or operations within an HFC, NBFC, or banking institution.
Age Limit
The maximum permissible age for applicants is 40 years as on the relevant date. Age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates, in accordance with government norms.

Salary & Compensation
