Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) recognised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), along with working knowledge of computer applications.

Experience Requirements

  • Manager – Accounts Department: A minimum of 7 years of total professional experience is required, of which at least 3 years must be in Finance and Accounts functions within a Housing Finance Company (HFC), NBFC, or a scheduled commercial bank.
  • Manager – Credit Underwriting Department: A minimum of 7 years of overall experience is required, including at least 3 years in credit underwriting, loan disbursement, or operations within an HFC, NBFC, or banking institution.

Age Limit

The maximum permissible age for applicants is 40 years as on the relevant date. Age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates, in accordance with government norms.

Salary & Compensation

The CTC for selected candidates will be decided based on their educational qualifications, total professional experience, and the compensation drawn from their current or most recent employer. Annual increments are applicable as per the company's established pay policy.
