Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognised institution.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Advanced Excel, is mandatory.

Experience

  • A minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience is required, with at least 3 years in a Senior Managerial Position.
  • Experience must be in the domains of finance, accounting, taxation, audit, or financial management within Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs, or Housing Finance Companies.
  • Candidates with prior exposure to the Housing Finance or NBFC sector will be given preference.
  • Note: Management Trainee or Internship periods will not be counted towards experience.

  • Financial reporting under Ind AS standards
  • Regulatory compliance with NHB and RBI guidelines
  • Treasury management and Asset-Liability Management (ALM)
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
  • Direct and Indirect Taxation, including GST
  • Coordination with Statutory and Internal Auditors
  • Handling regulatory inspections by NHB, RBI, and CAG

Salary

CBHFL does not specify a fixed CTC for this role. The remuneration offered to the selected candidate will be commensurate with their qualifications, years of experience, and existing compensation, in line with the company's internal pay structure and prevailing industry standards.
