Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Only women candidates are eligible to apply.
- SHG Membership: Applicants must be active members of a Self-Help Group affiliated with a Village Level Federation.
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed Class 12th (Higher Secondary) from a recognised board.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working as an SHG motivator is mandatory.
- Residency: Candidates must be residents of the concerned village panchayat for which they are applying.
- Financial Conduct: The applicant's SHG must not have any Non-Performing Asset (NPA) classification.
- Language & Numeracy: Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic in both Tamil and English is required.
- Banking Experience: Demonstrated familiarity with banking transactions is essential.
- Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of computers and possession of a two-wheeler driving licence will be given preference.
- Age Limit: Candidates must not exceed 35 years of age at the time of application.
Selection Process
Eligible candidates will be shortlisted and assessed through the following two-stage process:
