Selection Process

The selection of apprentices at Bank of Baroda will be carried out through a three-stage process:

  1. Online Examination: A computer-based test will be conducted by BFSI SSC. The exam date will be published on the Bank's official website and on bfsissc.com.
  2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be required to produce original documents for verification of eligibility, identity, and category details.
  3. Local Language Proficiency Test: Candidates may be assessed on their working knowledge of the local/regional language of the State/UT for which they are applying. This ensures effective communication in branch-level banking operations.
