Assam Co-operative Apex Bank Ltd (ACAB), the apex cooperative banking institution of Assam, has officially invited applications for the position of Assistant Branch Manager / Assistant Manager under Officer Grade-E. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognised university, OR a Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Candidates holding professional qualifications such as CAIIB, MBA, or CA will be given preference.

Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in banking at an Officer Grade level or higher is mandatory.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 28 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Age relaxation is applicable to eligible categories as per prevailing rules.

Pay Scale & Benefits

Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 31,630 – Rs. 82,290 per month, along with a Grade Pay of Rs. 7,900. Additional allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Medical Allowance shall also be admissible as per bank norms.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be carried out through the following two-stage process:

1. Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on the prescribed eligibility criteria. Only those meeting the requirements will be considered for the next stage.
2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a direct interview, which will form the basis of final selection.
